We like to think so, but we’re not braggers. We have won a host of professional photography awards, which are listed on our facebook page… oops maybe we are! The real answer though is that photography is subjective and it is down to you to decide if we are any good.
To secure an available date we require a 20% deposit & signed contract.
Full payment is required 21 days prior to your wedding day.
Of course you can, if anything we actively encourage it. Most couples are happy to leave the photography to our experience and judgement, however we provide a bespoke service and want you to cherish your images for a life time. So any ideas you have or locations you’d like to shoot in, we are eager to hear and discuss them with you.
Let’s face it, we live in Britain! Summer can seem like winter and winter like summer at times. We have experienced all weather conditions at weddings and have always captured great images. Water droplets on a car window, people laughing & running for cover, the Bride & Groom with an umbrella all make great shots. But don’t worry, we’ll be praying for sun like everyone else!
Yes & no. If you buy a Ferrari does it make you a better driver? We do invest in high-end kit, but the camera is just the tool. It’s the years of experience, knowledge and creativity behind it that produces fantastic images.
Yes, choose the right photographer! We’re not saying that must be us, but remember you, your family and friends are spending the day interacting with this person. So as much as you may love their images it is equally important that you like them as a person too. Please see our blog post ‘Advice: choosing the right photographer’ for more independent information.
Okay that first part was a lie, no one’s used the word ‘ace’ since the 80’s. You can check out our Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, Vimeo & YouTube by clicking on the link symbols at the top of this page. You can also get in touch any time via email and telephone.
Lets meet. You know a little about us, so we’d love to know lots more about you and hear all about your wedding day plans.
‘Our friend has a DSLR, so why should we pay for a professional?’
We’ve heard this so often and it fills us with dread. You only need to type ‘bad wedding photography’ into Google to see some terribly sad stories from couples who have been left with awful & unusable wedding photography. It‘s sad as often it is all too late once the couple realises the value of great photography. Most times it is down to budget and this is when an amateur photographer or friend with a DSLR seems appealing.
Photography takes a long time to master and if you want stunning memories, you must hire an experienced photographer. They will use their experience, understanding of light, composition, depth, structure, posing & environments to produce high quality dynamic images.
